Over the past six years, Andrea has focused on arts-based education, participating in events, programs, and initiatives centered on sensitive, critical, and embodied knowledge. Her creative work bridges academic and institutional experiences with active involvement in collective projects and independent initiatives.

Community Media Creator

​Social Communicator and Photographer. Co-founder of the Sabias Montañeras Collective, specializing in documentary photography and community communication in rural areas. Passionate about using media to protect human rights, preserve traditional knowledge, and promote peasant identity and gender-focused social processes. Inspired by Orlando Fals Borda's methodology, she integrates audiovisuals, photography, and writing as tools for social transformation.

Community Muralist

Colombian Visual Artist, Graphic Designer, and Publicist. Committed to inspiring armies worldwide to lead community art projects as a means of fostering peaceful coexistence. Felipe Chiquito has brought community art to 55 Colombian municipalities and 40 schools in Caldas, leaving a profound impact. During his military service, he introduced muralism as a tool for transformation, working  to bring art to schools and neighborhoods in the Coffee Axis region.​

Audiovisual Producer

​With over 20 years of experience in audiovisual production, specializing in sound recording, videography, and audio and video editing. He has worked in television and excelled in creating documentaries and narrative productions for major networks such as NatGeo, Discovery, Fox, and leading national channels. Currently, he combines his passion for cinema with education by developing pedagogical projects in Guasca and leads two ventures: a craft brewery and a rural lodge.
