EMPOWERING  THROUGH SUSTAINABLE TOURISM

About

My name is Elías Botero

I have had the opportunity to develop my professional career in the most remote places, working with local communities in search of improving the provision of tourist services and design projects with community focus. I'm moved by the need to leave a legacy for the conservation of our planet.

My mission is to empower entrepreneurs and communities, inspire travelers, and use eco-tourism as a catalyst for change towards a more equitable and sustainable world.

Creative Lab of

Experiences

This lab is a space for social innovation where local communities, art, and tourism converge to create sustainable solutions that promote community-based ecotourism. With each project, I aim to strengthen the interpretive capacities of communities by providing them with the tools to design, promote, and market tourism products in a responsible and environmentally conscious way.

This process not only transforms territories but also leads to a profound shift in how communities relate to their heritage and visitors. In the end, the lab has one core mission: to empower communities to manage their own tourism future and build a shared narrative that is rich in identity, creativity, and sustainability.

Join the Creative Tourism Experience Lab and empower your community through social innovation, art, and ecotourism.
